The information we collect relating to your property is stored in a database and solely used to assist us and our cleaners better understand client requirements, the surfaces we are expected to clean, any specific issues relating to the health of household members ( e.g. allergies to perfumes etc ) or other factors required to be considered in a cleaning schedule . This information is only provided to the cleaner appointed to service the Individual client properties they are responsible for servicing.
The Information stored and deemed necessary to better service the needs of our clients will be maintained in a database with password access restricted to approved Ajax personnel only
