Contact us and we will provide a guideline or quote on the number of hours required based on the task requirements. For regular services our cleaners will after 1 clean be able to confirm the number of hours required to meet your requirements or will suggest possible adjustments to the time allowed. Following booking confirmation our cleaner will contact you and advise details of their arrival time and confirm access to your property. Many clients are not home when the cleaner arrives and for convenience provide details of lock box safe codes or secret key locations. In the event that the cleaner is sick, on holidays or not able to provide service on your scheduled day we can provide a replacement
